🛠️ Stridelift Warranty Policy

1. What does the warranty cover?
Stridelift stands behind the quality of the products we sell. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for items purchased directly from Stridelift or an authorized Stridelift seller. If your product fails due to a manufacturer defect within the warranty period, we will work with you to repair or replace it.

2. Warranty Period
The standard warranty period is 1 year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

3. What is not covered?
This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care.
  • Altered or modified products.
  • Lost or stolen products.

4. How to make a warranty claim
To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact support@stridelift.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of what happened.
  2. Our support team will review your case and provide instructions for returning the item if needed.
  3. Once the issue is verified, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

5. Return shipping charges
Customers are usually responsible for return shipping unless the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturer error. In cases where Stridelift determines the product is defective, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you.

6. Proof of purchase required
To process any warranty claim, a proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

7. Limitation of liability
Stridelift’s warranty obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
