📦 Orders, Shipping & Tracking
1. How long will it take to process my Stridelift order?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends begin processing the next business day.
2. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to stop, cancel, or update it. If the order has already shipped, please contact us at support@stridelift.com for return/exchange options.
3. How long does shipping take?
Processing usually happens within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier and shipping method you select at checkout — standard delivery typically takes a few business days after shipment.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package via the carrier’s website.
5. What if my order arrives with missing or incorrect items?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is missing or incorrect, contact support@stridelift.com and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
1. What is Stridelift’s return/exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date as long as they’re unused and in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
2. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email support@stridelift.com to receive a return authorization or prepaid return label if eligible. We’ll guide you through the process.
3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a Stridelift error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
4. What condition must items be in to be returned?
All returns must be in unused, original condition with packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Items cannot show signs of wear or use.
5. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we typically process refunds within about 2 business days. It may take a few additional days to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
