🕐 How Long Do I Have to Return or Exchange?

You may return or exchange most items within 90 days from the date your order was delivered, as long as the items are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@stridelift.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will send you instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Follow the instructions to send your item back to us.

Once your return is received and processed, we’ll notify you via email with the next steps.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your item for the refund to process.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a Stridelift error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

🔁 Exchanges

If you need a different size or variant of the same item, let us know in your return request. Exchanges will be handled in the order received and processed after inspection.

❌ What Items Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective:

  • Items that have been used beyond original condition
  • Items without original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Special‑order or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll make it right!
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
